| My husband and I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Pastor April as a wedding officiant. We saw her advertisement online and were drawn to her because of her philosophy that "the wedding ceremony shouldn't be the thing that you and your guests have to suffer through to get to the good part." Pastor April means exactly what she says-- she created a wedding ceremony that was enjoyable for both us and our guests. When we first met with Pastor April, she was warm, patient, and friendly; she exuded a lovely energy. She asked us thoughtful questions about ourselves and what type of ceremony we wanted. Pastor April took all of our input and tailored a ceremony that really personified us. For example, when we expressed that we didn't want to write and then vocalize our own vows, she created a narrative for us to let our guests know how we met and why we love each other. Our experience with Pastor April was great from start to finish. No matter what your faith or personal style, I believe Pastor April can create a meaningful wedding ceremony for you because she listens and cares sincerely about her work. | Hi April, Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, but now I want to thank you for a wonderful wedding Ceremony you did for us. Everyone asked me where did I find you, and what a beautiful ceremony it was and it couldn't of happened with out you doing our ceremony. The weather held up and I was so happy when we did the butterfly release. I know the one on my heart was my Mom. I actually felt her presence there and my father-in-law too. We received our marriage license when we came home from Jamaica on Saturday. I can't believe its all over, but there are so many things I will remember about our wedding. I really enjoyed my wedding and I'm glad you were there with us. Thank you for everything and thank you for the web site you gave me to change what I have to. From the moment you meet with her she makes you and your fiance feel like you are the most important couple that she has ever worked with. The philosophy behind the Church of Ancient Ways is that it is your day, it is your way. Pastor April will offer you as much or as little help as you desire when putting together your ceremony. She puts her heart and soul into her work and it will definitely reflect in your ceremony. My husband and I not only came away from our ceremony with each other, but we have also made a terrific friend in Pastor April. If you want to have an extra special ceremony, do you and your fiance a favor and look no further than her. You will not be sorry. Our wedding guests are still talking about our ceremony and we got married on August 8th. My husband and I would love to have another ceremony just to be able to work with Pastor April again. | LIWeddings Review - Reverend April – A+ infinity- She was my favorite vendor and the first one I booked. I am not a crier, but she had me crying at every meeting. She surprised me by having my kids come up and kiss me during the ceremony. It was a beautiful ceremony and she even had my brother’s best friend crying. She even matched our handfasting cord to my gown.I love her; if you are still looking for an officiant, call her now! |
