~ Vows and Pronouncement of Marriage ~

“Joseph, there are certain things that you can do to help to ensure that you and Cristina live a
long and happy life together.....

The openness that you share and the natural manner by which thoughts and feelings are
communicated, in an atmosphere of kindness, honesty, and mutual respect is the foundation
upon which your relationship is based. Do you promise to do everything in your power to
ensure that these things shall remain a constant in your life together? The way you now care for
one another, the genuine concern for each other’s happiness and well being, and the devotion
you show to family is a thing of beauty. Do you promise to guard also this aspect of your life
together? Do you promise to do these things with pride and joy, as a faithful and loving
husband? And do you take Cristina to be your wife?”

Joseph: “I do.”

“Will you now place the ring on your beloved’s finger and repeat after me?”

Joseph places the ring half way on to Cristina’s finger

“This ring I give you in Friendship, Loyalty and Love.
I promise to walk neither in front of nor behind,
but beside you, and to love you always.
As we advance through the cycles of life
I promise to grow with you and not away from you,
I pledge to you, that as this ring encircles your finger,
So shall my love forever embrace you.
Whenever you look at this ring,
Remember that my promise is eternal,
And that I shall love you always.”

Joseph places the ring the rest of the way on to Cristina’s finger

“Cristina and Joseph, you wrote that on the night of your first date Joseph looked up and saw
the Empire State Building, as he thought to himself “I would love to take this girl to the
observation deck and kiss her.” How perfect it will be, that this kiss will be as husband and
wife, making it the first in a lifetime of dreams to come true.

May your marriage embody the attributes of strength and beauty that this place and day
represent and more. May your love grow, and endure, and inspire all those who hope some day
to be where you are now to trust in the heights that love can reach.

May God be with you and know you in your hearts and in your home,
through all the days of your togetherness.
You are now as your hearts have always known you to be,
Husband and Wife. You may kiss your beautiful Bride!

Bride and Groom kiss

Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Cristina Fasano!”

Couple kiss again and exit to greet their guests!
Hi April, Kadee and Nicole

Thank you for everything. You were all so wonderful! We had a great start to our day with
you and all the helpers and then we headed out on a big bus for a tour of the city.

April- Everyone has complemented us on the ceremony and the vows and we wanted to thank
you for guiding us through all of it.

We look forward to keeping in touch as we continue our life as husband and wife

Cristy and Joseph Fasano
